This is a recipe for a great dip that I made last weekend. It tastes great with either chips or nacho chips.
8oz Cream cheese
1 cup pureed can of tomatoes
dashes of oregano, garlic, basil, onion powder
1 cup chopped green pepper
3 chopped green onions
1-1 2/3 cups of "nacho blend" grated cheese
Mix first three items together in a food processor. Pour into an 8' glass pie plate & spread. Spread the green pepper and onions over this. Then layer cheese. Bake in 350F oven for 20 minutes.
